Computer
searches
Using
our own in-house database with or without external systems, we
are able to offer a uniquely cost-effective service. Unlike most
database providers, we offer you: Nothing found, nothing charged
- upfront cost estimates If we don’t find anything under the
category you specified, it will cost you nothing. And if we do
find something, we will always quote you a fixed price for you
to approve. No unexpected surprises here.
Position
Papers
Using our resources here - we have one of the best Metal Finishing libraries
in Europe - we are happy to produce Position Papers, in most cases for
management. These are charged by the half-day, from £100 or US$
150 upwards. Let us know the topic and we shall gladly make a suggestion.
Other
enquiries
If your question is a simple one, we’ll gladly answer it without
charge on a good-will basis. If we don’t know the answer, we’ll
try to suggest another source of information where you might find the
answer. But please appreciate that, over and above 10 minutes or so,
we have to charge our time - like any other company. Information is our
business - books, journals, computer databases - and know-how. So please
feel free to ask any questions you might have. But - whatever business
you are in - we’re sure you charge your customers for whatever you
supply them with. And we have to work in the same way!
